All orders will be processed within 2-3 business days of receipt of payment. Tracking details of every shipment is shared with the customer over email. We ship across India. For all orders, the shipping is FREE. But if you want to exchange your then you have to pay Up & Down shipping charges. The goods are delivered between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. Excluding public holidays. However, delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes. We request you to not accept the parcel if it is tempered or not packed properly. Parcels will need to be signed by customer on receiving

Tracking Facility:

Upon dispatch of the Product, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company. Orders may also be tracked, by clicking the ‘Your orders’ option on you My Accounts page. The order status can be tracked after 24 hours from the time of dispatch.

Delivery:

Delivery usually takes 6-7 business days from the date of order placement. Upon placement of the order, the estimated shipping and delivery timelines shall be available on order details page. The estimated delivery times are indicative, hence there may be some unforeseeable delays, which are beyond our control. In the event, the Company is unable to deliver the Product within the estimated delivery date due to any reason, you will be notified by an e-mail the reason for such delay. You will have the right either to cancel the ordered Product or wait for the Product to be delivered. Please note that your order will be cancelled due to: (i) unavailability of the Product ordered; or (ii) at your instructions, in the event of failure to deliver the Product on the expected time of delivery by our delivery partners. You agree that the Company shall not be liable to pay for any damage or loss either direct or indirect owing to such cancellation of the order or delay in delivery.

Cancellation:

In case products ordered is upon Cash-on-Delivery, there would be no cancellation charges. In case your order is prepaid, we would issue you a Refund which would reflect in 6-7 working days in your wallet. No cancellations are possible for orders that have already been shipped
