1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The return request must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product must be returned with the original invoice and all packaging materials.

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for a return or refund.

2. Non-returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used or opened products.
  • Items without original packaging or invoice.
  • Health and personal care products that are prone to contamination or hygiene concerns.
  • Items marked as “non-returnable” on the product page.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product

If the replacement is approved replaced product will be delivered within 5 to 7 business days

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or message notifying you of the status of your refund.

  • If the return is approved, a refund will be credited to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after approval.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and reflect the refund in your account.

5. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or wrong product), Ayutreat will bear the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to personal preference or any other reason, you will be responsible for return shipping charges.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched.
  • To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may still request a return under the conditions outlined above.
